I have been working with Chris on a weekly basis since 2019. From the start, our focus has been on enhancing my strength, flexibility, and balance. As someone navigating the challenges of osteoarthritis in multiple joints and my back, these sessions have become essential in maintaining my active lifestyle.

 

Initially, we met face-to-face at the gym, but as the pandemic hit, we seamlessly transitioned to online sessions. To say Chris Pfund was our daughter’s trainer would be an understatement. He was a life coach and athletic trainer. He not only trained our daughter for physical wellness, and will continue to do so as she grows in her sport, but he trained her mindset. The commitment to training her body was also about boundaries and self awareness, Communication and growth. We, as parents, appreciated and loved being able to entrust her to a person that had her best interest at heart.
