A life-long athlete and experienced trainer, Chris has trained individuals both at the professional and amateur levels since 2019. He holds certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Parisi Speed, the Internal Strength Model (ISM), and the Certified Functional Strength Coach – CFSC. He trains one-on-one, both in-person and online.
