What is FRC

FRC Can Help With:

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a training system that aims to increase mobility and joint health. FRC uses three main training methods: Static stretching, Dynamic stretching, Isometrics.

FRC is a preventative approach to movement and mobility. It aims to improve articular mobility, strength, resilience, and neurological control. FRC can also help prevent injuries.

  • Range of motion: FRC can improve range of motion in the shoulders, neck, hips, hamstrings, and low back.
  • Load capacity: FRC can increase the load capacity in joints.
  • Body control: FRC can improve body control, which can reduce pain and injury.
  • Joint strength: FRC can help "bullet proof" joints to ensure safe movement.
  • Nervous system: FRC can improve the function of the nervous system.

FRC is backed by research on optimizing human performance and agility. Two types of FRC exercises are Regressive Angular Isometric Loading (RAILs) and Progressive Angular Isometric Loading (PAILs).

FRC® helps to improve the mobility of the body and increase load capacity in the joints. It also improves body control, a significant factor in reducing pain and injury, specifically when it comes to athletes and athletic-minded individuals.
